By purchasing from The TV Art Studio, you agree to these terms. We provide curated, restored, and high-resolution 4K digital artwork files formatted for display on digital canvases and frame-style televisions.
Digital Product Delivery & Refunds
All purchases are digital downloads; no physical goods are shipped. Master files are made available immediately upon successful transaction. Due to the irrevocable nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once files have been accessed or downloaded.
The Lifetime Studio Pass
The Lifetime Studio Pass grants a single user ongoing access to download the complete current catalogue and all future additions without further charge. Each pass is tied to a verified email address and is strictly non-transferable. Sharing account credentials, pass access, or download links with third parties is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to monitor download activity and revoke pass access without refund if account sharing, automated scraping, or bulk downloading abuse is detected.
Licensing & Usage Rights
You are granted a licence to display your downloaded files on personal or commercial digital screens (including private residences, offices, and commercial hospitality venues). While original historical source works may reside in the public domain, the specific digital curation, colour grading, restoration, and 16:9 formatting provided across our platform constitute our proprietary service. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, package, or commercially exploit the digital files themselves in any format.
Service Availability
The site and download repositories are provided on an "as is" basis. While we aim for continuous uptime, we accept no liability for temporary server interruptions or third-party hosting outages.
